Lemon Poppy seed Zucchini Bread


Lemon poppy seed zucchini bread.

Lemon poppy seed zucchini bread
3 eggs
2 Cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 t Lemon Extract
Mix
Add..
1 t salt
1 t soda
2T poppy seeds
1/4t baking powder
2 cups grated zucchini
rind of 2 lemons
3 Cups flour
Mix and
pour in greased loaf pans. Bake 325 for 1 hr.
Glaze
4T lemon juice
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
Mix well and pour over bread while warm
